Established relationships
Working in PR you'll know that building effective relationships with the media is the key for success. The online media is a little different however as there are literally thousands upon thousands of online publications in any given market and any geographical location. This number is well into the millions including social media.
This proliferation of online media is a challenge for PR professionals. How can they have the time to establish these relationships while still doing the day job? That's why we have a dedicated team of researchers whose sole job is to continuously build and maintain good relationships with both online editorial contacts and bloggers - working with them closely to understand the preferences of news content and delivery.
Because traditional online media and blogs are not the same, we have two tailored approaches in how we distribute news releases in our realwire service. Our sendit and blogit distribution options give more choice to the receiver in the way that they want it.
Our success is built on relationships and here are a few friends we've met along the way.

Receiving well targeted press releases is very precious – getting the right story at the right time is vital. There’s way too much carpet bombing going on. But I’d say webitpr do a particularly good job of getting interesting business and technology stories to me consistently. They’re the cruise missile of the online press distribution world.

Furthermore, webitpr have always been extremely quick to answer queries and send any necessary information I have requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having been receiving releases from webitpr for some time, I can safely say they are an excellent source of news. The releases I receive are targeted in terms of my interests, but more importantly are packaged in such a way that means it easy for me as a blogger to use them. webitpr provide me with direct links back to the release and to other available content such as images and other sources of information. The releases also come in an easy format, so they are extremely simple to work with.

Press releases distributed by webitpr and hosted on our websites, Total Telecom and Total Content + Media, provide a valuable source of content for us as a media owner and are recognised by our readers as an excellent source of supplementary information to our main news coverage. Our experience of working with webitpr has been an extremely positive one and I would be happy to recommend them.

I think it is wonderful that you do not clutter your emails with formatting and pictures which take time and bandwidth to download. A link to download pictures would be the best way, if there are any pictures. Many other PR companies send huge attachments (PDF, JPG, TIF, DOC) and this is rather annoying especially when it is something that I will not need to use/publish but have wasted time and resources downloading.
